The hotel has sea view rooms and the waterwave of the sea can be conveinently seen from the roomsBalcony. All the 9 rooms of the hotel are airconditioned which mayalso  be used as non-AC  room if desired by the guest.

How to reach the Hotel

Alight from Bus at Sughandha point Bus station.Ask a rikshaw to take you to Nilima Resort Hotel. Fare Taka 5.00. Our hotel is at the last end of sughandha point road beside the sea.
